Abstract

In 1992 Gagner and his colleagues described the first laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Since then, this approach gradually supplanted open access as the gold standard of most adrenal lesions. Laparoscopic adrenalectomy for suspicious malignant lesion is controversial. The aim of this video is to describe the feasibility of laparoscopic adrenalectomy in patients with large adrenal lesions and previous abdominal surgery.
